We'll taste through a range of seasonal cheese and charcuterie, limited release ciders, specialty cocktails and more including ice cider aged for 6+ years in French oak and an 18 month old traditional Alpine cheese made by hand over open flame! We'll talk cider culture, holiday pairings, how to build the perfect cider cocktail and oh so much more!

Join us for an evening of cider, cheese, and fun led by Adam Goddu, General Manager of Eden Boutique Taproom & Cheese Bar.
Explore Eden's heritage cider and artisan cheese made right here in Vermont with tasting specially designed pairings. We'll answer all those burning questions like: "How did the bubbles get into this cider?" and "Why is goat cheese always white?"
Participants will learn the difference between heritage cider and modern cider, as well as what distinguishes artisan cheese from others. We'll teach you how to build a perfect cheese plate to complement heritage ciders--and you'll get to shop our cider and cheese collection after-hours with a special discount for attendees!
