Join us for an evening of cider, cheese and fun as we explore dry heritage ciders made from heirloom and tannic apple varieties, and their ability to pair beautifully with artisan cheeses made right here in Vermont. We'll taste through specially designed pairings and answer all those burning questions like: "How did the bubbles get into this cider?" and "What are cider apple varieties?".
About the Instructor: Adam Goddu, General Manager of Eden Boutique Taproom & Cheese Bar, is a Certified Cheese Professional with a passion for cider. After working in the food and beverage industries in New York City for the last 8 years, Adam moved to Vermont to help Eden Specialty Ciders spread the word about heritage cider.
